Call to Worship - Dave Hunt

As the earth bursts with spring wildflowers,

and as a garden cascades with blossoms,

so the Master God brings righteousness into full bloom

and puts praise on display before the nations.

We come to worship and to serve,

to live with righteousness and to worship with praise.

Statement of Faith – from I Corinthians 15 - Jim Garnett

…These words come from I Corinthians, chapter 15:

This is the good news which we have received, in which we stand, and by which we are saved, if we hold it fast:  that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day; and that he appeared first to the women, then to Peter, and to the twelve, and then to many faithful witnesses. We believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of the Living God. He is the first and the last, the beginning and the end; he is our Lord and our God.

The Lord's Prayer  - Jim Garnett

Our Father who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name. Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done. On earth as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread and forgive us our debts as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation. But deliver us from evil. For thine is the kingdom and the power and the glory forever. Amen.

Presentation of our Gifts - Jim Garnett

…Please join me in our unison prayer:

God of all, our gifts represent what we have and what we are, all of which has come from you. Accept what we bring today, as we bring these gifts in love. And accept us, that in your name we may live in harmony with one another, live peaceably with all and overcome evil with good, through the risen Christ we pray. Amen.
