Call to Worship - Ginny Ellis

God promised to pour out his spirit on all flesh.

Our sons and daughters would prophesy,

Old men would dream dreams and young men see visions,

Even servants would receive the Spirit of God.

It was the promise of God, that the Spirit would touch us all for God’s glory.

Prayer for Forgiveness - Lynne Mormino

O God, open to us today the sea of your mercy. Water us with full streams from the riches of your grace and springs of your kindness.  Make us children of quietness and heirs of peace.  Kindle in us the fire of your love.  Strengthen our weakness by your power and bind us close to you and each other.  …in the name of Christ we pray, Amen.

Assurance of Forgiveness - Lynne Mormino

Friends, You are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God's own people.

Once we were no people but now we are God's people.

Once we had not received mercy, but now we have received mercy.

Friends, believe the Good News.

In Jesus Christ we are forgiven.
