God called Abraham and Sarah to become God’s own people.

God would bless them so they would be a blessing for the world.

In you, God said,

All the families of the earth shall be blessed.

We too are called together for blessing,

And to be a blessing to others.

May that be true for us on this Mission Sunday

As we worship and serve.
