Call to Worship - Robert Galloway

Blessed are those who trust in the Lord, whose delight is in God’s ways.
They are like trees planted by streams of water, bearing fruit in due season.
Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they shall be filled.
They are rooted in God’s love, growing in grace and strength.
Come, let us walk in the way of the Lord, rejoicing in God’s mercy.
Come, let us worship God.

I believe in God the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth, and in Jesus Christ his only Son our Lord; who was conceived by the Holy Ghost, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, dead, and buried; he descended into hell; the third day he rose again from the dead; he ascended into heaven, and sitteth on the right hand of God the Father Almighty; from thence he shall come to judge the quick and the dead. I believe in the Holy Ghost; the holy catholic Church; the communion of saints; the forgiveness of sins; the resurrection of the body; and the life everlasting. Amen.

Presentation of our Gifts – Invitation and Prayer - Mike Hurtubise

Gracious God, all that we have comes from you. We offer these gifts as signs of our trust in your abundance. Bless them and use them to strengthen the weak, lift up the lowly, and proclaim your kingdom in word and deed. May our lives, too, be an offering of love, shaped by your justice and mercy. In Jesus’ name we pray.
